Free consultation and CT scan
Dr Mirza scans both jaws in 3D at our Melton Road clinic. The scan maps bone volume, density, nerve position and sinus anatomy across upper and lower. We plan every implant position on that data, then print surgical guides. You leave with a written plan and an exact price. You pay nothing.
Stage 2
Surgery, arch by arch
We treat one arch at a time. We remove failing teeth and place that arch’s implants in a single appointment, under local anaesthetic. IV sedation is available. Your second arch follows once the first settles.
Stage 3
Your final bridges
Your bone fuses over four to six months per arch. We fit your permanent zirconia bridges and issue your 5-year warranty in writing.
