Step 3 — Implant placement Implants are placed under local anaesthetic using your surgical guide. IV sedation available. You feel pressure — not pain.
Step 4 — Provisional teeth fitted A provisional crown or bridge is attached the same day as surgery. You leave the clinic with functional, natural-looking teeth from day one.
