What Are Full Mouth Dental Implants, and Are You Suitable?
Full mouth means both arches — upper and lower — rebuilt on implants.

Here is what dentures cannot do. A denture replaces the crown of your tooth. It does nothing for the root. Without roots, your jawbone shrinks — that is why dentures loosen every year, and why long-term denture wearers develop a sunken look around the mouth.
Implants replace the root. Your bone gets loaded again, and the shrinking slows. We usually rebuild each arch on four or six implants — not one per tooth. Your CT scan tells us how many your bone carries. Age is rarely the barrier people expect. Bone is.

Stage 2
Surgery, arch by arch
We treat one arch at a time. We remove failing teeth and place that arch’s implants in a single appointment, under local anaesthetic. IV sedation is available. Your second arch follows once the first settles.
Stage 3
Your final bridges
Your bone fuses over four to six months per arch. We fit your permanent bridges and issue your 5-year warranty in writing.
