Meet Dr Azeem Mirza

I’m Azeem Mirza, principal dentist with a special interest in dental implants. I qualified from the University of Aberdeen in 2016 and went on to earn a Certificate in Implantology. Since then, I’ve devoted my clinical time to placing and restoring implants with a careful, evidence-based approach.

My patients value a calm, unhurried experience. Whether you’re exploring options to replace a missing tooth or planning a full smile makeover, I focus on minimally invasive techniques and long-term function as well as aesthetics. I’ll always take the time to explain your choices clearly, so you feel informed and in control.

We’re currently offering a free implant consultation —perfect if you’d like tailored advice and a clear treatment roadmap. I look forward to welcoming you and helping you achieve the confident, natural-looking smile you’ve always wanted.

All-on-X Dental Implants in the UK

at WantTeeth.co.uk

If you’re missing teeth or struggling with loose dentures, All-on-X dental implants (sometimes called same day teeth or full mouth dental implants) could give you a permanent, natural-looking smile in just one day.

What are All-on-X dental implants?

“All-on-X” is an advanced treatment where we replace an entire set of teeth using only 4–6 dental implants per jaw. These implants act as strong, secure roots in the jawbone. A fixed bridge of teeth is then attached, restoring your smile and bite without the need for removable dentures.

Benefits of All-on-X implants

  • Fixed teeth – not removable dentures

  • Same day teeth – leave with a new smile in one appointment

  • Fewer implants needed – compared to traditional options

  • Eat what you like again – from apples to steak

  • Preserves jawbone – helps maintain a youthful facial shape

What is a dental implant?
A dental implant is an artificial tooth root made of titanium that is surgically placed into the jawbone to support a replacement tooth, bridge, or denture. It looks, feels, and functions like a natural tooth.
How long do dental implants last?
With proper care, dental implants can last 20 years or more. Good oral hygiene, regular dental check-ups, and avoiding habits like smoking can significantly extend their lifespan.
Is getting a dental implant painful?
The procedure is done under local anesthesia, so you should not feel pain during surgery. Some mild discomfort or swelling may occur afterward, but it’s usually manageable with prescribed pain medication and subsides within a few days.
